I grew up in a family with one parent speaking English and the other Hindi. So, I feel equally confident in both languages. I can read, write and speak Hindi perfectly. A few years ago I traveled to the heart of India and stayed for a few days in a remote village. I was easily able to interact with the locals who spoke Hindi and enjoyed having long conversations with them. A beautiful compliment I received was when one of the locals; a native Hindi speaker marveled at the clarity of my speech and my perfect enunciation even when it came to the more uncommon Hindi words, saying "मैडम, आप अंग्रेजी तो बोलती ही हो, लेकिन हिंदी भी इतनी शुद्ध बोलती हो, मुश्किल से मुश्किल शब्द का उच्चारण भी इतना साफ़ और सही, की ये पता ही नहीं चल सकता की आप अमेरिका की रेहनी वाली हो, ये बहुत कमाल की बात है!"
Needless to say, it warmed my heart!

Whether it is E-Learning, Narration, Explainer Video, Industrial, Audio book or IVR - Essie has recorded them all in Hindi. She has a keen eye for spotting translation errors which has saved her clients time & money on multiple occasions. She also offers her own translation services (Hindi English) to her clients and is often hired for dubbing English videos to Hindi. When hired to record a Hindi script by her international clients, often the Director doesn't understand Hindi, but from their audience feedback, repeat customers know that Essie will self-direct and deliver a perfect product, a trust she cherishes deeply.
